Suzanne Arms founded the global project “Birthing the Future” about birth and the mother-baby connection.

Arms is the author of 7 ground-breaking books on pregnancy, birth, breast-feeding, and adoption, including the NY Times bestseller “Immaculate Deception”, first published in 1975. In 1977 she made her debut as a film-maker with “5 Women, 5 Births…. a film about choices”. She is the producer of the film “Giving Birth” which is extensively used by educators.
