Denise Bernard, a Bilingual Birth Doula and childbirth educator
She attended her first birth in 2002 and was moved by such a miracle. She then developed a deep and abiding passion for working with childbearing families which inspired her to become a DONA International Certified Birth Doula, a Certified Stillbirthday Birth & Bereavement Doula and a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator.
With almost 10 years of hospital experience, she supports families from different cultural backgrounds and needs and facilitate childbirth and basic breastfeeding classes to adults and teens to prepare them for the birth of their baby in a hospital setting.
In her free time, she enjoys giving back to her church, community and native soil, Panama, supporting women and their families through the journey of pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood.
