Dr. Amy Luedemann, Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Amy Luedemann is a native Houstonian. She opened Kidstown Dental in Katy, Texas, in 2012. Kidstown Dental was the third dental office in the United States to create an in-office interdisciplinary team to treat tongue tie, including an osteopath, IBCLC, and surgeon. Dr. Luedemann and her associate Dr. Karen Leung use innovative protocols, holistic approaches, and safe, minimally invasive materials to treat the challenges children of today face. Kidstown offers no-shot-laser pediatric dentistry, infant and older child frenectomies, and Growth and Development Guidance with osteopathic-friendly appliances such as ALF to help children develop their best face, jaw, and airway from as young as birth. Dr. Luedemann holds a trademark and teaches noninvasive, nonsurgical laser treatment modalities to release restricted oral tissues and break up scar tissue when tongue tie surgeries have turned out poorly. More recently Dr. Luedemann has been leading the way with innovative, gentle, oral appliances for treatment of 0- to 3-year-olds who have signs and symptoms of airway/breathing and sleep issues.
